 Each room accommodates two persons unless otherwise stated. The 'Lock Up' and the Prince Regent Suite are the only units that can accommodate additional persons (subject to an additional per person charge). Not suited for children under age 10 with the exception of the Lock-Up Suite. Smokefree environment inside. Smoking areas on outdoor patio. Fully air-conditioned. Ample free parking. Accommodation subject to availability. Prices are in Canadian funds. Rates valid Jan. 1, 2008 - Dec 31, 2008.

 Packages must be arranged prior to check-in and accepted as listed. All rates subject to PST and GST.

 Corporate & Business Traveller rates available on request. Reservations must be arranged through traveller's corporate office. GST will be detailed for corporate clientelle and foreign travellers.

Reservations Are Guaranteed With
VISA or MasterCard

 Visitors travelling with the luxury of reserved accommodation will guarantee the reservation with VISA or MasterCard. 7 day cancellation notice required. For cancellation requests 7 days or less, the full amount of the accommodation portion will be charged to your account unless we re-rent the room. Cancellation notices over 7 days are subject to a
$25.00 administration fee for every room reserved and will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation(s).

 In the event that nights are cancelled upon arrival or the duration of the stay shortened, the guest will be responsible for the entire reservation unless the room night(s) is/are re-rented.

 A 2-night minimum stay is sometimes required on weekends from May - October, and holidays. Exceptions are made at the discretion of the Innkeeper.
